ho cominciato pesando 96.4)... Non so che dire, penso di essere a dieta, da che comincio ad avere memoria,una battaglia con il cibo la mia, che dura da anni, con intervalli di periodi di peso giusto, di serate in discoteca sopra i cubi e di felicita&amp;#39; perche&amp;#39; potevo mettermi quello che volevo. Ogni volta che pero&amp;#39; ho un compagno mi lascio andare e comincio ad ingrassare. Per essere magra dovrei essere single. Il mio max per mettermi a dieta e&amp;#39; 96 kg, appunto. Ora sto facendo una dieta ipocalorica da 1280 calorie al giorno, ma VORREI VERAMENTE non mollare questa volta, e raggiungere il mio peso forma e RIMANERE DI TALE PESO PER SEMPRE... ho letto l&amp;#39;e-book di enrica, e.... come mi ci sono ritrovata in alcune cose, un po&amp;#39; mi sono sentita scoraggiata, (in alcuni punti, quelli dove dice che le diete ipocaloriche non vanno bene nel tempo), e mi sono sentita incoraggiata in altri...
